Thursday Beavers have had a fun start to their Autumn Term. We have enjoyed an evening at the Fun Farm Maize Maze and we didn’t lose any Beavers! Six Thursday Beavers took part in the Island Beaver Three Legs Challenge – walking the first leg from Peel to St John’s.

Last month seven Beavers – along with Beavers from Tuesday – joined the Group Scout Camp in Ramsey. We had five boys sleeping over and gaining their Nights Away 1 Activity Badge. For some it was their first time away from home, but you wouldn’t know it – they were fantastic.

Last week we invested five new boys into Thursday Beavers – they were Jacob H., Matthew H., Oscar W., Morgan B. and Harry J. The boys have all settled in very quickly and they were really excited and looking forward to getting invested and receiving their badges and scarves. Welcome to all our new starters – we hope you enjoy your time with Thursday Beavers and 2^nd Onchan Scout Group.
