On Friday 31. January 2014, our Group Scout Leader Julian Ashcroft, was presented with the Crosh Pobble Cronnaghyn (Onchan Community Cross) by Onchan District Commissioners, for Services to Scouting. The Crosh Pobble Cronnaghyn is presented every two years to a member of the Onchan Community and is chosen by a small panel from the nominations put forward. The Award was presented at a Civic Reception at Willow House and was attended by invited guests including Leaders and some Scouts from the Group. The Award will be going on display in Onchan Library.
